Does a tiny translucent bandaid over a nipple really cover the titty?? It is one of the longest standing and deepest questions in epistemology. I say no! Emphatically no. 95% of the titty is exposed so, members of the jury, I submit to you that the titty is effectively uncovered and bare. Some members of the jury ain't buying but I am sticking to me guns (pardon the pun). It is like the rule in tennis - 95% out is 100% in. And a fine titty it is. And, the low-riding panty is the cherry on top.
